STEP 1

Hemp sourcing

We start with EU-grade industrial hemp grown by vetted partners under strict agricultural standards. Plant genetics, growing conditions and harvest timing all shape the final cannabinoid and terpene profile, so sourcing is the foundation of quality, not an afterthought.

STEP 2

Extraction

Cannabinoids are extracted using clean methods (such as CO₂) that avoid harsh residual solvents. For broad-spectrum and isolate products, additional refinement removes THC to non-detectable levels while preserving the compounds that matter.

STEP 3

Manufacturing

Products are blended and filled in facilities operating to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) principles, with batch records, controlled environments and consistent dosing so every unit in a batch matches its label.

STEP 4

Testing & Certificates of Analysis

Every batch is tested by an independent, ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory. Each Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirms cannabinoid potency (including THC), and screens for heavy metals, pesticides, residual solvents, microbials, mycotoxins and water activity.

STEP 5

Certifications & standards

Our standards align with recognised quality and safety frameworks. We never make medical claims, we keep THC within legal limits for each market, and we publish the evidence rather than asking you to take our word for it.

STEP 6

Sustainability & packaging

We favour recyclable and reduced-plastic packaging, right-sized to the product, and work to minimise waste across sourcing and fulfilment. Quality and responsibility go together.

Quality FAQs

How do I know a product was tested?

Every batch publishes a Certificate of Analysis. Search your batch number on the Lab Results page to open it.

What is ISO/IEC 17025?

It’s the international standard for testing-laboratory competence, meaning the lab’s results are reliable and traceable.

Do you remove THC?

Broad-spectrum and isolate products are refined to contain no detectable THC, confirmed on the COA.
